Product description:

3M E-A-R Switch Protection earplugs are designed for insertion into the ear canal and help reduce exposure to hazardous sounds, with constant reduction and peak reduction options. They feature a special acoustic filter that lets through lower noise levels with relatively low noise reduction, for greater environmental awareness, and increasingly strong peak reduction at noise levels above 110 dB.

Features:

Earplugs designed to help reduce exposure to harmful sounds, including constant and peak noise
Ambient awareness mode is activated by pressing changeover switch 'CAE', and Normal protection mode is activated by pressing changeover switch '3M'
When used in Normal protection mode, the product acts as a conventional earplug with protection against constant and peak noise
Provides high attenuation of peak noise, for use up to peak noise levels of 160 dB
Specially designed soft ear bracket holds the earplug in place in the ear canal
Can be easily washed and cleaned
Ready-to-use medium-sized earplugs, supplied complete with a soft, lightweight pouch that can be worn on the belt and an extra pair of the three different sizes of ear tips (S, M and L)
